Reaching Out:

Call or e-mail our Clinical Intake Coordinator, Melissa, at The Brooklin Natural Health Centre and she’ll take good care of helping you schedule your first session.  Melissa will e-mail you a few forms to complete in advance from the comfort of your home.

Not sure which therapist might be the best “fit” for you? Your comfort is important to us. That’s why our therapists offer complimentary 15 minute consultations, so you can ask questions through a meet & greet!

 

Your First Session:

You can expect to be greeted by your therapist with a smile and curiosity about why you’ve made the choice to invest in therapy. Your therapist will review your completed forms and you will outline your goals for therapy. Together, you and your therapist will make a game plan for your future sessions.

 

Your Work Together:

Discussions, skill-building, and practice outside of sessions will be part of working toward achieving your goals.

 

Wrapping Up:

When you have made progress in therapy, your work with your therapist may come to a close. You will be encouraged to reflect upon what you have gained from your therapy experience and what you plan on taking with you. At any time, you are welcome to return for a "buffer session" with your therapist. Our team is here for you.
